Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping for deliveries in Canada and the US on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes), except Northern Manitoba, Yukon, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Hawaii. Our standard shipping is free and fully tracked. You can also upgrade to faster, courier shipping.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Toronto studio and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We ship internationally, and shipping rates vary by location. Any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipments are shipped from our Toronto studio and may take up to 10 days to arrive. On rare occasions, there may be unforeseen delays due to local import issues which is beyond our control. If you’re experiencing a delay, please contact email@example.com.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds at this time. We recommend customers familiarize themselves with our products and ingredients to ensure they are optimally informed before committing to a purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Estimated standard delivery time to destinations within Canada and the US is 2-7 business days once shipped. We also offer expedited delivery for faster delivery.
At checkout please ensure that you use a secure delivery address and that all shipping information is entered correctly. We are unable to issue refunds due to incorrect shipping addresses, nor are we able to replace lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received.
In the instance of receiving a damaged or defective order, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. In order to receive your replacement order, we ask that your request be reported to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. Complimentary replacements will not be granted after this period of time. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and all shipment expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
