To ensure the utmost safety for our customers, we manufacture all of our products sustainably in a Health Canada accredited cosmetic manufacturing facility. As per Health Canada cosmetic regulatory requirements, our product ingredients, safety protocols, and labelling processes have received approval and have assigned cosmetic numbers. Our products are not USDA Certified Organic. We appreciate this may be very important to some customers; however we have a strong preference for ethically sourced, wildcrafted ingredients which are sustainably harvested. For your convenience, all organic, wildcrafted and plant-based ingredients can be identified by the asterisk symbol on the back of all product cartons.

While MANJULA Essentials products do not contain ingredients which are harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we always advise our customers to verify all concerns with their healthcare provider before committing to purchase.

Since we use organic ingredients and avoid synthetic preservatives, we advise that you use your product within 6 months of opening.

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To ensure longevity and stability of our formulas, keep products away from direct heat and always confirm caps are on tight.

We have developed all MANJULA Essentials products to be effective for all skin types, including skin that may be sensitized, enduring rosacea, or prone to other chronic dermatitis conditions. Each product is formulated with ingredients to balance troubled skin in addition to keeping doshas in check – and many common irritants have been purposefully excluded in the likelihood of a reaction. However, we always recommend conducting a patch test prior to use. If you are concerned, we strongly advise that you consult with your healthcare provider or skincare specialist before applying our products

All of our products are botanically based and are 100% vegan. We do not conduct or support animal testing of any kind.

Yes. All of our formulas are biodegradable, and we have designed our packaging to be recyclable and reusable. Please ensure you properly wash bottles prior to recycling or reusing.
